Navigating complex civil claims doesn’t have to be costly and stressful. With over 35 years of experience in a wide variety of litigation areas, I would be pleased to bring my knowledge and confidence to the table to negotiate a fair settlement for all parties.
Half Day Rate
$2,000+hst (2025) / $2,250+hst (2026)
Virtual or in-person, 3 hour session, including reasonable preparation time, plus reasonable disbursements, if any.
* Additional fees may apply for mediations involving four or more parties, multiple actions, or where complexity warrants.
Full Day Rate
$3,500+hst (2025) / $3,750+hst (2026)
Virtual or in-person, 6 hour session, including reasonable preparation time, plus reasonable disbursements, if any.
* Additional fees may apply for mediations involving four or more parties, multiple actions, or where complexity warrants.
Additional Hourly
$450 +HST
Per hour or part hour over the set 3 or 6 hour time slot, as the case may be.
Cancellation Policy
I do not charge cancellation fees for any cancelled or adjourned events. However, I do ask that you please provide me with as much advanced notice as possible.
